Keeping your interests at the forefront
One of Hanover Cube’s partners will negotiate initial documentation governing the interests of the two parties. We can often secure improvements to the building specification and design through early negotiations with the developer. We will continually liaise with the developer to represent our client’s interest, making sure the project is delivered exactly as agreed and considering changes where requested.
