Challenging leisure development on former car park, derelict house and greenfield land
The scheme expanded the Yate Town Centre and brought a much wanted cinema to the town.
Despite local support the planning consent was hard won and required the removal of the site from a designated flood zone by agreement with the Environment Agency.
