The scheme expanded the Yate Town Centre and brought a much wanted cinema to the town.
Highlights
Despite local support the planning consent was hard won and required the removal of the site from a designated flood zone by agreement with the Environment Agency.
Scope
- Full DM from inception to final letting
- Our role included managing the complex negotiations with the EA and planners
- Role included relocation of badger sett to facilitate scheme
- Multiple pre-let agreements for incoming tenants all administered during construction
