Development Monitoring of high quality retail, office and residential scheme
Overview
We are acting for the funder in connection with the construction of a high-end residential scheme on Victoria Street in Westminster. Although our role is to monitor the development on behalf of the funding bank, we have been able to assist the developer by contributing ideas and experience at project meetings, including for example, influencing the procurement strategy for the project. Our experience in delivering projects and involvement with other large developments in Central London has significantly assisted our client is understanding the risks associated with the project.
Highlights
Design and construction challenges include the creation of the largest basement of its kind in London, managing a complex utilities strategy and designing high architectural impact facades to the residential towers that are affordable and buildable within the programme.
