We act for the funder in connection with the construction for a super high-end residential scheme opposite Buckingham Palace. Although our role is to monitor the development on behalf of the funding bank, we have been able to assist the developer by contributing ideas and experience at project meetings. Our knowledge of key individuals and companies responsible for delivering the project has enabled us to steer sensitive decisions from behind the scenes. Our experience in delivering projects and involvement with other large developments in Central London has significantly assisted our client is understanding the risks associated with the project.
