Highlights
We were appointed just before the planning application was made as the scheme proposed was commercially unviable. We transformed the scheme with effective value engineering to reduce cost and increase area making the scheme viable. The project was delivered on programme and snag free.
It was the first commercial building in the UK to achieve WELL Gold standard.
