Our role was to represent the bank, monitor the construction and approve monthly drawdowns under loan.
Scope
- Complete monitoring role with regular attendance at project meetings
- All costs were reviewed and approved prior to any drawing under the loan
- The Bank relied on our advice when structuring the original facility and for the subsequent facility extensions required due to delays and cost overruns incurred by the developer
