Redevelopment of a car park site adjacent to an existing 13 storey tower owned by the same client. Extensive re-organising of the parking space licenses to allow vacant possession, full archaeological excavation and enabling works.

Highlights

Complete redevelopment of the site comprising basement car park, ground and 5 upper floors. The building was prelet to Her Majesty’s Courts Service to create the new Civil Justice Centre for Bristol comprising 9 courts and 6 hearing rooms along with associated judicial accommodation and public spaces.

  • Setting the Brief, managing vacant possession, planning, securing the tenant and complicated Agreement for Lease negotiations, managing enabling works, design and procurement of the main works including tenant enhancements for a turnkey delivery.
