The building was prelet to Her Majesty’s Courts Service to create the new Civil Justice Centre for Bristol comprising 9 courts and 6 hearing rooms along with associated judicial accommodation and public spaces.

- Setting the Brief, managing vacant possession, planning, securing the tenant and complicated Agreement for Lease negotiations, managing enabling works, design and procurement of the main works including tenant enhancements for a turnkey delivery.
