Brief:
To represent the funding bank on the construction loan for a residential scheme with a contract sum of over 200,000,000.

Challenges:
Large and complex scheme with unusual contractual arrangements and history. Developer based overseas. Finished quality to be of the highest standards.

 

Result:
Our monitoring role involved reporting regularly on progress and quality and signing off monthly draw downs from under the loan. We also reported on a separate affordable housing scheme linked to the main development.
