To establish the highest value refurbishment strategy for this 1980ís office block and to manage the project through feasibility, design, consents, procurement and delivery to completion.

Challenges:

Value engineering and creative procurement strategy to deliver optimum quality and value for money within relatively constrained budget in rising market.

 

Result:
Strategic re-positioning of the building within the marketplace. Significant additional lettable area with additional floor added and re-balancing of lettable floorspace from lower value floors to higher value floors.
