Brief:

To obtain a commercially viable planning consent to enable redevelopment of two large St Jamesís blocks as phase 1 of a long-term wider regeneration strategy and to act as Development Manager to deliver the scheme.

Challenges:

Complex planning issues including linking with associated residential donor projects. Extensive facade retention scheme with significant basement excavations Placemaking to create an entirely new

 

commercial address. Extensive stakeholder liaison required Procurement within a rapidly rising market

 

Result:

Consent obtained for over 260,000sqft of high quality office and retail accommodation with extensive public realm improvements. Project currently on site and due for completion Q1 2016.
